Global Academy at Siam University offers Business, Hospitality, or Computer Science Bachelor’s degrees in partnership with La Trobe University (Australia) and the University of Victoria (Canada).

You can complete all four years entirely in Bangkok, Thailand, or have the opportunity to transfer overseas to complete the final two years of your undergraduate program at one of our university partners.

Your Global Academy Program

The Two Degree Program is structured around four main themes covering general education, employability, your degree program, and its specialisation.

The program normally lasts four years, and is made of two parts: Part A (Years 1 & 2) and Part B (Years 3 & 4).

You can start in January, June or September. 

1. General Education

  • Language Competency courses (to bring your English proficiency to the minimum required for progression to Part B of the program, or another language if already proven proficiency in English)
  • Digital Competency courses
  • Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Sustainable Literacy courses

2. Employability

  • Contemporary Business Practice course, focussed on employability skills and personal development
  • Career enrichment activities including regular masterclasses, mentoring, company visits, bootcamps, and networking events
  • Final year Co-operative Education/Internship semester

3. Your Program

  • In Year 1 Semester 2, you’ll begin your program-specific courses to support your development into your chosen field and your access to either LTU or UVic majors.

4. Your Specialisation

  • In Year 2 or 3, you’ll begin to focus into your chosen stream and major.

Indicative – The courses, majors and their order reflect studying all 4 years in Bangkok over a standard 8-semester program, and are subject to change. Progression to ‘Part B’ (Years 3 & 4) of the program, is subject to meeting the academic, English, and attendance requirements as outlined in the Student Handbook.
