Upon successful completion, you’ll graduate with two bachelor’s degrees: One degree certificate from Siam University and one degree certificate from either La Trobe University, Macquarie University, or Queensland University of Technology.

THB 220,000 (approx. USD 6,650) per year while studying in Bangkok. Upon transferring to Australia, students will pay the international student tuition fees of the partner university.

  • High School Grade 12 pass or equivalent
  • IGCSE O Level, 5 subject’s grade “C“ & above
  • GED (145 in each subject)
  • IB Diploma (24 Points)
  • OSSD (30 credits)
  • Mathayom 6 (Thailand)
IELTS 5.0 (overall) or equivalent international Secure English Language Test (SELT).

The bachelor’s program is normally completed in 4 years, but may be completed sooner subject to study plan completion and the partner university.

The degree is first taught at the Global Academy at Siam University in Bangkok, Thailand, before transferring to Australia after completing Year 2 (subject to meeting academic, English and visa requirements).

Yes, all students are required to complete an internship in the final year of their degree in Bangkok. There are also opportunities for summer placements and industry bootcamps throughout your studies. The Global Academy’s Employability Team will help students source the work placement.

  • The visa process for Thailand is straightforward and the application can be completed online for many countries. Please visit the Thai immigration website or contact your nearest local Thai embassy for specific details for your country.
  • The Visa approval to Thailand typically takes 10-15 working days.
  • The fee for the Thai ‘ED’ visa is THB 2,000 (USD 60)
  • Applicants must show evidence of funds of THB 20,000 (approximately USD 600) via a bank statement.
  • There are no requirements to do a visa interview nor provide biometric at the visa application point. There’s also no requirements for medical insurance as part of the visa process. 
  • Visa applications from some countries may require additional paperwork such as a criminal background check. Please check your relevant embassy/consulate-general website for specific required documents.
  • Global Academy Admissions Team will help prepare your visa invitation letter with Siam University.
